Ravioli with lemon sauce and pistachios

Ingredient

2 pounds

cheese ravioli

6 tablespoons

butter Coupons

shallot, minced

2 cloves

garlic,minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the ravioli according the the package.

* Step 2

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

* Step 3

Add the shallot and garlic.

* Step 4

Cook until the shallot is translucent; add the zest.

* Step 5

Add the chicken broth and lemon juice and whisk.

* Step 6

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

* Step 7

Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

* Step 8

Remove from heat and add the cooked ravioli.

* Step 9

Toss to coat.

* Step 10

Sprinkle the ravioli with pistachios and basil.

* Step 11

Serve immediate
