Fried beans

Inspired by @Auwke fried black beans recipe

Ingredient

black beans

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the onions and fry in a pan with oil.

* Step 2

Drain the beans and add to the pan. Fry for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporated.

* Step 3

Add the lime juice, sweet chilli sauce and smoked paprika. Cook another 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Chop the fresh coriander finely and add to the beans.

* Step 5

Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or at room temperature.
