Tomahawk steak

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinade the tomahawk steak in a zip lock in the fridge for 2-24 hours. (the longer the better)
* Step 2
Remove from the fridge 30mins before cooking.
* Step 3
Save some of the marinade.
* Step 4
Place on a hot braai, rendering the fat on the side first and then turning the steak every 10 minutes or so. Baste with marinade every you turn the meat.
* Step 5
Cook until the internal temperature is at 55 degrees Celsius for a nice medium rare steak.
