Granola bar
This is ideal for a breakfast on-the-go or for snack time.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix the oats, desiccated coconut, cake flour, ground cinnamon, salt, chopped cranberries, chopped apricots and chopped nuts.
* Step 2
In a microwaveable bowl add the honey, coconut oil and butter. Heat for 30 seconds or until melted.
* Step 3
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Add the honey mixture to the oats mixture. Add the vanilla essence and mix.
* Step 4
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the mixture into the pan. Press the mixture down with a wooden spoon.
* Step 5
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
* Step 6
Take out of oven. Let cool completely. Cut into bars.
