Grate the cheese.

Grease a pan with Spray and Cook. Heat the pan. Place the grated cheese in the pan.

While the cheese melts. Break your eggs into a shaker. Add the milk. Shake until blended. You can also whisk your eggs with the milk.

* Step 4

Pour the egg mixture over the melted cheese. Close the pan with a lid and cook for a few minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy with a filling of your choice.
