Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shred your red cabbage & add chives
* Step 2
Layer with carrot & white cabbage
* Step 3
Layer with red & white onion
* Step 4
Season with salt & pepper, splash of white wine vinegar & rest in fridge for hour or two.
* Step 5
Once taken from the fridge add Mayo & lemon mix then serve.
