Taiwanese crispy salt and pepper chicken

Crispy fried chicken done in a airfryer #newcookschallenge

Ingredient

1 tablespoons

chinese 5 spice

1 tablespoon

garlic powder

2 tablespoon

black pepper

2 tablespoon

light soy sauce

5 tablespoon

sweet potato flour

2 tablespoon

corn flour

2 tablespoon

table salt

2 tablespoon

chinese five spice

1 tablespoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put the chicken and all the ingredients except the flours and mix well to ensure the chicken is well coated. The cover and leave to marinate for 3 hours or overnight in fridge.

* Step 2

In a flat pan or bowl mix the 2 flours together, coat the marinated chicken in the flour and place into airfryer and brush the chicken with a little oil ready to cook.

* Step 3

Set you airfryer to 190 for 22 mins once whilst cooking mix the salt mixture together. Once the chicken is cooked sprinkle with salt mix
