* Step 1

Marinate the lamb with all herbs and seasonnings. Keep it room temperature.

Grill the outside with iron pan to maintain juice inside

Preheat oven at 200 degree. Put the meat with the pan, roast for 20 min.

Take out the meat and wrap with foil to rest, which make it's juice settled in.
