Found cockles in fishmonger in the morning. Easiest and the best to taste without losing soup of it.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash with water roughly

Chop mini tomatoes into half

Put garlic into olive oil, before heating so that garlic flavour into the oil.

Add Cockles into pan, and cover

Pour white wine to moist in the pan

Add tomatoes

Steam, stir a bit. Then, add extra virgin olive oil, again.

Mix with boiled pasta. Pasta should be al dente, which means 1 min less boilling time than the package said.
