Banana oat muffins

Easy healthy muffins. Before trying note that I added liquid by sight. Approximately .75 cup. If that doesn't turn into a batter like consistently, more is needed.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash bananas with sugar, add all other liquid ingredients and mix well. Sift flour and dry ingredients into bowl. Mix until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Spoon into lined muffin tin.

* Step 2

Bake at 325f for 20-30 minutes depending on size of muffins until light brown on top.
