Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/4 cup

olive oil

1 teaspoon

dried herbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti in the boiling water for about 10-12 mins.

* Step 2

Keep pan on a low flame and add olive oil and garlic.

* Step 3

In about 2-3 mins, the garlic will begin to toast slightly(will start getting golden). When this happens, add the chilli flakes and stir for a minute.

* Step 4

The chilli flakes will start to infuse in the olive oil. Then add the cooked spaghetti and mix properly.

* Step 5

Add the Parmesan cheese, mix well and serve hot. Garnish with parsley or fresh basil or dried herbs.

* Step 6

Simple and delicious.
