Easy Healthy Dole Whip (pineapple soft serve)
I love dole whip but still wanted to have it at home everyday if I can and with this recipe, I'll never have to feel guilty again with this low calorie creamy and airy pineapple banana soft serve. Enjoy!!:)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a food processor or powerful blender, add the plant milk and the frozen fruit chunks
* Step 2
Blend until smooth and light, airy and creamy, scraping down the sides occasionally to help the blending process
* Step 3
Serve immediately as a soft serve
* Step 4
Notes: can use any plant milk (soy milk, cashew, almond...) and add more if needed
* Step 5
Use only ripe bananas and pineapples to freeze for maximum sweetness and creaminess
