Cooking instructions
* Step 1
soak chicken in buttermilk for a couple hours. refrigerated
* Step 2
heat shallow pan with cooking oil.
* Step 3
take chicken and dip in flour and back into buttermilk and then flour and then add to hot pan
* Step 4
repeat till all chicken cooked.
* Step 5
flip using tongs until golden brown on both sides. let stand to drain on paper towels. add any dipping sauce you may want. season with salt and pepper.
