Chilli cheese tortilla
My friend Casey sent me this idea and picture. She is also on a low carb diet. I thought I'd share.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a medium skillet over medium heat place tortilla brown on one side of the tortilla.
* Step 2
Spread out 2 tbsp of chilli and sprinkle cheese and onions over the chilli. Hold tortilla in half and let the cheese melt.
* Step 3
Plate the chilli cheese tortilla and cut in half. Top with sour cream. Enjoy.
