Family wanted nacho and I wanted something different .

* Step 1

I season salmon with lemon pepper on both sides,I mixed the butter and sugar together to make a paste and smeared it on the salmon.put it in a pan on medium heat and continue flipping it until I get the right texture and removed.the sugar will burn so monitor it and enjoy
