I was looking for a great strawberry pie recipe, and I came across this! It's ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
Ingredient

2 cup
sliced strawberries
1 1/2 cup
water
2 1/2 tbsp
cornstarch
1 1/4 cup
granulated sugar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
* Step 2
Place unbaked pie crust in a 9"" pie dish, Flute edges, poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
* Step 3
Bake in oven for 11-15 minutes, until edges are a light brown
* Step 4
Allow pie crust to cool
* Step 5
Place clean and sliced strawberries in cooled pie crust
* Step 6
In a Medium sauce pan, combine water, cornstarch, and sugar. Bring up to a boil and then simmer until thick, constantly stirring.
* Step 7
Once thick, remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin. Stir to combine, and then pour over strawberries.
* Step 8
Let cool and firm up in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
* Step 9
Serve with a side of whip cream!
