Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take hung curd in a bowl and mix it well.
* Step 2
Now add boiled peas, beetroot,carrot, capsicum, boiled potato, green chilli, lime juice, salt and mix it well
* Step 3
Take bread slice apply butter and mint chutney on it and add curd stuffing and apply mint chutney on another slice.
* Step 4
Cover it with another slice very nicely.and toast it in sandwich maker. Then cut into two pieces, and serve hot with ketchup.
