Mango Semolina cake

Semolina

2 tbsp

Maida

1/2 cup

Oil

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a grinder grind the semolina until a bit fine. Keep aside

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl add sugar and mango puree oil and some milk. Whisk until they blend well.

* Step 3

In another bowl add semolina maida baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.

* Step 4

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well by cut and fold method. Add in more milk so that we get a thick and homogenous mixture. The mixture should not be runny.

Grease a cake tin. Pour the cake mixture in it. Tap a bit. Add dry fruits on top.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once done keep it aside to cool. Serve once it is removed from the tin.
