Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and chop veggies finely. Mix all veggies. Add suji and mix well. Add curd and mix.
* Step 2
Add salt chilli powder and chaat masala and mix
* Step 3
Add required amount of water and make a paste which should be sticky.
* Step 4
Heat a nonstick pan or kadhai. Crackle rai seeds. Add hing and curry leaves
* Step 5
Mix eno into the batter and give a slight mix throughout the batter. Immediately drop the whole batter into the pan. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minute or more till the crust is crisp.
* Step 6
The crust should look like this. Remove in a plate and serve with any chutney of your choice.
