Baked bread pakora
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes. And mash them. Add the ingredients except oil and bread slices. Mash well and divide into equal ball sized portions
* Step 2
Wet the bread slice a bit. Squeeze out the water. Take a portion of the mixture and wrap the bread around it. Repeat with all the slices.
* Step 3
Heat an appe pan. Add a drop of oil in the cavities.
* Step 4
Place each pakora in the cavity and cook on slow heat. In between keep turning and changing sides and adding a drop of oil.
* Step 5
When the pakora is crisp from all sides remove and keep aside. Serve Hot with any sauce and tea.
