Ingredient

200 grams

Wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

Garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the potatoes

* Step 2

In the wheat flour Add the potato and mix well

* Step 3

Add all dey masalas and coriander leaves too. Mix

* Step 4

Add water and make a stiff dough

* Step 5

Keep for 15 mins

* Step 6

Take a small portion of the dough and roll out puris in desired shapes

* Step 7

Heat oil in a kadhai

* Step 8

Deep fry the puris till crisp

* Step 9

Serve with any raita or chutney
