Hara bhara kabab

#streetfoodonindia Cooking method used is grilling to avoid using too much oil.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the spinach leaves and chop them roughly.

* Step 2

Boil the spinach and peas for 5 minutes and drain the water.

* Step 3

In a large wide bowl add boiled mashed potatoes with spinach, peas and finely chopped bell pepper and mash everything well with a help of potato masher.

* Step 4

Season with all the dry masalas and coriander leaves and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and mix well.

* Step 5

Add oats powder for binding the batter.

* Step 6

Make small balls and flatten them and grill them with oil on a grill pan.

* Step 7

Serve with mint chutney or sauce.
