Beetroot palak paneer paranthas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wide vessel add the flour and mix well.

* Step 2

Add grated paneer, beetroot, onions, spinach and mix well.

* Step 3

Add carrom seeds and salt and mix well.

* Step 4

With the help of water knead the dough and keep it aside to rest for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 5

Make small balls of the dough and roll into whatever shape you want and cook on a hot girdle.

* Step 6

Serve with raita.
