Peppermint Topped Fudge

Ingredient

1/3 cup

butter

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 tsp

salt

1 tsp

vanilla

2 tbsp

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

line 12x7x2 in pan with foil, butter foil.

* Step 2

in sauce pan combine 2 tbsp butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.

* Step 3

cook over medium heat, continually stiring.

* Step 4

Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate, and vanilla until melted

* Step 5

pour into pan

* Step 6

in small bowl heat 1/3 cup butter until soft.

* Step 7

add powdered sugar, green coloring, pepermint and 1 tbsp water until smooth.

* Step 8

spread evenly over warm fudge, sprinkle with crushed candy.
