Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl- flour, cocoa powder, custard powder, desiccated coconut, sugar, salt, & baking powder, and mix well to combine. In milk, pour vanilla and coconut essence and mix well. Make a well in the dry ingredients mixture and pour the milk mixture to the center and combine well. The consistency should not be too thick or too thin. Add more milk if required. Give a taste check. Preheat the waffle iron. Pour the mix onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.

Serve hot with topped nutella and some desiccated coconut.
