SAMOSASDILLAS: A "samosadilla" is a fusion dish that combines elements of traditional Indian samosas and Mexican quesadillas. This innovative recipe merges the spicy and savory filling of a samosa with the cheesy, crispy exterior of a quesadilla.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spread a tablespoon of the cilantro chutney on one half of a large tortilla and spread a tablespoon of the tamarind chutney on the other half.

* Step 2

Place half of the samosa filling over the tamarind chutney.

* Step 3

Top samosa filling with half of shredded mozzarella cheese. Fold over the tortilla to close. Repeat with the other tortilla..

* Step 4

Heat a skillet on medium high heat and add oil/ ghee when the pan gets hot.

* Step 5

Toast the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until it turns to a nice shade of golden brown.

* Step 6

Once the quesadilla is nice and toasted, transfer it to a chopping board and cut it into wedges.

* Step 7

Serve it hot with more chutneys of your choice.
