Tandoori salmon bites

These tandoori Salmon bites are perfect for serving as an appetizer or enjoying as a whole meal over greens. A quick 10 minute marinade in a blend of tandoori spices and plain yogurt creates a fragrant and savoury coating to complement the robust flavour of the salmon. The tender salmon bites will melt in your mouth with a burst of flavour!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with 1 tablespoon oil.

* Step 2

Cut the salmon into bite size. If possible, remove the skin.

* Step 3

In a bowl mix the yogurt with the tandoori masala and 1 tablespoon oil. Make a smooth paste.

* Step 4

Add the salmon and mix to coat with the masala. Rest 10 minutes.

* Step 5

Place salmon pieces on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or till cooked through.

* Step 6

Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon starts to brown on the top.

* Step 7

Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
