Tandoori chicken wings with potatoes

Aromatically spiced tandoori wings are a game changer for any party

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour 20 minutes
1 tbsp.

lemon juice

1 tbsp.

vinegar

1 tsp.

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the wings and potatoes in all the ingredients for at least 3 hours or overnight.

* Step 2

Preheat oven 350F for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Place the marinated wings and potatoes on baking tray and cover with foil.

* Step 4

Bake for 1 hour, stirring in between. Bake until cooked through and all excess water dries.

* Step 5

Serve with mint chutney.
