AmericanHomemade fish burgers

These Homemade Hamburger Buns are incredibly fast, easy and delicious! In less than an hour, you can have soft and fluffy hamburger buns without going to the store.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

40 minutes
1/3 cup

oil

1/4 cup

sugar

1 tsp.

salt

1 tbsp.

water

3 tbsp.

mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer add the yeast, water, oil and sugar. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Add in the egg, salt and flour.

* Step 3

With the hook attachment, mix the flour until a soft dough is formed, about 3-5 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove dough and shape and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Place the dough balls on a greased or lined baking sheet. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes. Preheat oven 425F.

* Step 5

Whisk the egg yolk with water and brush the top of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.

* Step 6

Place the frozen fish burger patty in an air fryer and air fry at 200C for 20 minutes.

* Step 7

Slice 2 burger buns and toast.

* Step 8

Mix mayo and chilli garlic sauce in a bowl and spread the top and bottom of the bun.

* Step 9

Place lettuce and top with the fish patty and close the burger with the top half. Serve.
