Kulfi shake

If you love kulfi (Pakistani ice cream on a stick), you will love this exotic shake. This shake is quick to make and is ideal to serve on special occasions. It is rich and filling. A plus point is that you can pour the shake in kulfi moulds or popsicles and freeze to enjoy as kulfi. Instantly refreshing, with pleasant hue, aroma and taste of nuts, this drink is a moth-watering treat.

Ingredient

10 minutes
1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

cashew nuts

1 1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

cream

3 slices

white bread

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a food processor add the nuts and grind to powder form.

* Step 2

In blender add the milk, cream, condensed milk, bread slices and nuts powder. Blend till smooth.

* Step 3

Pour in glasses, chill and serve.
