Onion pakora
Pakistanis are fond of pakoras, especially during Ramadan. No iftar menu is complete without some sort of pakoras.
Pakoras are deep fried fritters made with chickpea flour and spices. Today, I am sharing a recipe for Onion Pakoras. Normally, I don’t make this type of pakoras. I like the soft version with onions, cilantro, dry and powdered spices. The ones that are used for kardhi pakora.
