Chicken chunks

These homemade Chicken Chunks are versatile and can be used in a number of ways to bring diversity to your iftar table. Slice the baked chicken mixture or cut into cubes, whatever suits you to make pizza, burgers, rolls, salads, wraps, sandwiches or even in noodles.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

35 minutes

1/4 cup

milk

1

egg

1/2 tsp.

baking soda

3 tbsp.

oil, divided

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 320 F.

* Step 2

In chopper, add all the ingredients with 2 tablespoon oil, chop until well combined.

* Step 3

Grease dish with 1 tablespoon oil and add prepared chicken mixture and press it evenly.

* Step 4

Cover and bake for 10-15 minutes or microwave (medium power) for 10-12 minutes.

* Step 5

Let it cool and cut into square cubes.

* Step 6

To use the cubes, heat some oil in a frying pan and add the chicken chunks.

* Step 7

Stir fry until golden brown.

* Step 8

Remove and use for chicken salad, or wraps or as is.
