Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix all the flours and mashed sweet potato in a deep bowl. Add ginger chilli paste, salt sugar, yoghurt and peanut powder. Mix well.

* Step 2

Grate the water chestnut and mix in the above. Then combine all ingredients and mix to a soft dough using water.

* Step 3

Heat a skillet, grease with ghee. Then take a large portion of the dougyht, form into a ball and press on the skillet with fingers.

* Step 4

Make a round disc and make 2 to 3 holes in the centre in triangle shape. Pour ghee in them and around the edges.

* Step 5

Cover and cook till done at the base. Then flip and cook the other side till golden. Make all similarly.

* Step 6

Serve with lemon pickle, yoghurt or ghee / butter.
