Mango Jaggery Milkshake

We all love mangoes and the yummy recipes which we make out of them! Have you tried Mango Milshake with Jaggery? It tastes delicious. It is a very good alternative to refined sugar in your milkshake. Jaggery syrup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, wash, peel and cut the mango in cubes. Discard the seeds.

* Step 2

Blend together mangoes and milk together till creamy. I have also used a wooden churner or Mathani to blend.

* Step 3

Add the jaggery syrup to ice cream or milk cream and blend again. Serve chilled with ice cubes, mango cubes and enjoy!
