Teriyaki sauce is so versatile and very easy to prepare. It's an important part of Japanese cuisine and goes well with vegetables, tofu, meat and seafood. It's sweet, sour and delicious! Enjoy with different vegetables coated with it !

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, keep the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper to heat on low flame.
* Step 2
When it reaches a boil, add the cornstarch mix and stir till sauce thickens. Adjust consistency by adding hot water.
* Step 3
Remove from flame and keep aside.
* Step 4
Then heat sesame oil in a wok. Stir fry some chopped ginger garlic and add the veggies.
* Step 5
Stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Then add in the sauce and mix well. Adjust the seasoning as per taste.
* Step 6
Serve hot garnished with spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy Teriyaki sauce and Teriyaki vegetables.
