It's an important part of Japanese cuisine and goes well with vegetables, tofu, meat and seafood. It's sweet, sour and delicious! Enjoy with different vegetables coated with it !

Ingredient

Salt, pepper

1 tablespoon

Sesame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, keep the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper to heat on low flame.

When it reaches a boil, add the cornstarch mix and stir till sauce thickens. Adjust consistency by adding hot water.

Remove from flame and keep aside.

Then heat sesame oil in a wok. Stir fry some chopped ginger garlic and add the veggies.

Stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Then add in the sauce and mix well. Adjust the seasoning as per taste.

Serve hot garnished with spring onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy Teriyaki sauce and Teriyaki vegetables.
