Baked Potatoes

#QR #ATW Baked potatoes are a wonderful side dish to your meal and are quick to male too. They taste good with soup, salads and one pot meals. I have made an easy recipe of baby potatoes in their jackets. Enjoy! #cookpadindia #starter #sidedish #snack #healthysnack

Ingredient

10 minutes.
2 tablespoons

Olive oil

as per taste

Salt, pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven at 200 °c. Line a baking tray with baking paper or use silicon mat.

* Step 2

Heat olive oil in a shallow pan. Saute garlic till aromatic. Then add in the parboiled baby potatoes.

* Step 3

Then mix in all the spices, salt and herbs till coated. Pour on the tray and arrange them flat.

* Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then switch off oven, cover with foil and keep in the oven for some time. Then brush with butter on top.

* Step 5

Now enjoy the baked potatoes with favourite meal.
