Cauliflower parathas are favourite in my home in breakfast. They are so flavouful, crunchy, crispyand can be prepared ahead. They can be just roasted on time and can be enjoyed at any meal. Cauliflower is full of vitamins B,C and K along with antioxidants, immunity boosters and fiber. Enjoy this healthy meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix cauliflower, chillies onions and salt in a bowl.
* Step 2
Then heat a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Then add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
* Step 3
Then add ginger and garlic paste and all the vegetable mixed previously.
* Step 4
Saute' well till all the water is released and soaked. Add mashed potatoes, spices to taste and mix well. Then remove from fire and cool.
* Step 5
Mix all the flours, spices, salt, yoghurt, and a tsp of oil. Mix well. Then add the mixture of vegetables.
* Step 6
Combine to form a pliable dough. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Then heat a tawa. Roll out ball sized portions of the dough into Parathas or thick discs.
* Step 8
Roast on tawa on medium flame using just a small amount of oil for each. Make all the Parathas in similar way.
* Step 9
Serve piping hot with your favourite accompaniment. Enjoy!
