Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, let's prepare the pasta. Boil 8cups of water with some salt and olive oil.

* Step 2

After 8 to 10 minutes, check for the doneness and keep in cold water, to stop the cooking process.

* Step 3

Now, heat a pan. Add olive oil, and then saute' garlic, then add the chopped tomatoes.

* Step 4

Then add the Chilli flakes, salt, pepper, olives and saute well. Add hot water and let the tomatoes cook. When the sauce is done, add the penne pasta and coat well with the sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

* Step 5

Add some extra virgin olive oil, basil leaves and serve topped with grated parmesan. Enjoy Italiano spread!
