Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, make the marinade. Mix all the ingredients mentioned and add the paneer, onions and bell peppers. Combine well and keep in fridge for 2 hrs.
* Step 2
To make the gravy, heat oil and butter in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds, when they pop, add whole spices and fry well.
* Step 3
Then add onions and fry till golden. Add ginger garlic paste and all spice powders. Fry well till the spices give aroma. Then add tomato puree and mix well. Cook till oil separates, stir well.
* Step 4
Then add curd and mix well. Adjust the consistency with hot water and also add any spices needed extra. When the gravy is cooked well, turn off flame Add mint leaves, some corinader leaves add lemon juice and mix well. Keep hot till serving.
* Step 5
To make paneer tikka, take skewers. Insert a paneer cube, onion cube and bell pepper cube one after the other. Brush lightly with oil. Prepare all skewers similarly.
* Step 6
Preheat oven on grill mode at 200 •c. Then place the skewers on an oiled bakin tray or stand and grill till well done and brown on top.
* Step 7
You can grill them on tawa or roast directly on flame too. When the paneer tikka is ready, remove the pieces and add in the gravy. Garnish with fresh cream and corinader leaves.Serve immediately with salad and Paratha. Enjoy!
