Sama rice ( also called Sama chawal/ancient millet/Samai/ Bhagar, Varai )is an essential food for fasting , especially during Navratri and festivals. It's rich in carbohydrates, proteins and it gives energy throughout the day. I have prepared Sama rice Dosa which is crispy, tasty and is an excellent option for breakfast or Lunch.
