This pre Navaratri feast recipe is fragrant and full of spices, onions, garlic , tomatoes who we usually avoid during Holy Navaratri festival. Wishing you all a very happy 💐💐Navaratri!🙏🙏

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan. Add 1 teaspoon ghee. Add the onions and saute them till they are pink and translucent. Then add a pinch of sal and the paneer. Saute lightly. Add 1/2 teaspoon each turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well but gently and them remove from flame. Keep aside covered.
* Step 2
In same pan, heat rest of the ghee and add cumin and a pinch of garam masala. Then add the onion paste. Fry well till it's cooked and leaves aroma. Then add ginger nad garlic paste, fry well. Then add tomato paste and keep mixing till oil leaves from sides.
* Step 3
Then add green chillies, all the spice powders and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and let all the masalas cook with the pastes.
* Step 4
Lastly, add the prepared onions and paneer along with the spiced oil and mix well. Add besan mixed in 1 tablespoon water and mix. Add half of the coriander leaves and cook all well for 2minutes till gravy thickens and besan is cooked well. Adjust the salt, sugar and masala tastes.
* Step 5
Then add the kasuri methi, 1/2TSP kitchen king masala and finish the dish by mixing in the butter.
* Step 6
Serve with lachha paratha and garnished with coriander leaves, sliced onions and lemon wedges. Enjoy.
