A healthy breakfast recipe which is so simple yet fulfilling ,prepared with paneer,carrot , semolina and curd,
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add semolina and curd mix then add water and add salt.mix well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 2
When the batter has been ferment we chopped the veggies.
After 20 minutes take a pan add 1tbsp oil heat up then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute 30 seconds then add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
* Step 3
Add onion and saute 2 minutes on high flame,add chopped veggies, add salt,pepper powder and Chilli flakes. Mix and toss for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 4
Add paneer mix well then add coriander leaves m8x again and turn off the flame. Allow to cool slightly then add this veggies mixture into the prepared batter.
* Step 5
Mix all well add eno and mix again. Heat a non-stick pan spread little oil and pour 1/4cup of batter and spread it well in the pan. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low to medium flame.
* Step 6
When it cook from the bottom side flip it. Cover it and cook again from other sides.
