Potato vegetables patties

When I have preparing aloo paratha, I have some leftover potatoes and I used it to make an easy snacks with these leftover potatoes with adding some veggies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange all the ingredients at a place. Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and chopped veggies. Add all powder spices and salt.
* Step 2
Add bread crumbs and mix all very well. Grease your palm with little oil, take some mixture and make patties from it.
* Step 3
Add some oil in grilled pan when oil heat up place the prepared patties in pan. Fry these patties from both side until they turn golden. Transfer in plate and served with ketchup
