Vegetable Dalia pulaw

#WS #week2 #daliawithgobhimatarandmethileaves A healthy and tasty Dalia pulaw is an ideal dish for those who are health conscious and take it in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Veggies make it more healthy and nutritious .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chopped all the veggies.in a pressure cooker add oil heat up and add cumin seeds, when it splutter add ginger garlic paste and green chillies saute 1 minute.

* Step 2

Add chopped tomatoes then add salt,black pepper, garam masala powder and turmeric powder mix and cook for a minute. Add all the veggies.

* Step 3

Mix and cook for 2 minutes add dalia and cook for a minute.

* Step 4

Add 2 cups of water stir and pressure cook for 2-3 whistle. Turn off the flame. Release the pressure naturally. Open it and the vegetables dalia pulaw is ready. Serve hot with salad.
