Tortilla Wrap with egg and veggies

A savoury, spicy, cheesey wrap with a delicious bite. There are many variants in making tortilla. I tried it to make it my own style and it more healthy and tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add both flour, milk powder, salt,baking powder and oil mix all very well. Gradually add lukewarm water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes to rest.
* Step 2
Meanwhile cut the veggies. You can chopped them as your desire shapes.
Now for prepared egg, take eggs break them in a bowl.add crushed pepper powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Whisk all together very well. In a pan add 2 tsp oil. Once the oil get heated pour the egg mixture. Let it cook for a minute undisturbed.
* Step 3
Then, pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs. cook on low flame. When it cook remove from the heat.keep aside.
* Step 4
Now take the dough make lemon size balls from it. Dust some flour and take one ball, roll it on rolling board as thin as you can. Place a tortilla into the hot skillet and cook for a minute on one side, flip and cook for 30 seconds on the other. place these tortilla wrap in a damp cloth.
* Step 5
Take one wrap and Cut this tortilla roti a quarter from the middle.
Apply tandoori mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on one part. Spread evenly.place chopped veggies on the second side,and on third side place scrambled egg.
* Step 6
On the fourth side spread normal mayo and pizza sauce.place sow grated mozzarella cheese on it.
Now fold it from one side as shown in picture.
* Step 7
Fold it from second and third side and the filled wrap is ready
Prepare all wrap likewise
* Step 8
Take a pan add butter or oil and place the prepared tortilla wrap in the pan. Press slightly and roast it from both sides till the golden marks appear.The homemade Tortilla wrap is ready.
