Soya Granules seekh kabab

This is one protein rich and lip smacking appetizer that tastes very close to the meat seekh kabab
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash the Soya Granules and soaked into hot water for 15 minutes.then strain the water and squeeze it.keep aside.in a pan take coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds pepper corns and dry red chilli dry roast all spices for 2 minutes.lets cool it.
* Step 2
Take a grinding jar add garlic,ginger,green chilli,roasted whole spices grind them coarsely then add Soya Granules in same jar and grind again with those spices.transfer in a bowl.
* Step 3
Now add grated onion, potato,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,amchur powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves and salt into the grinding mixture.mix well. Now add gram flour corn flour mix again. Take some amount of the mixture and make seekh kabab with the help of scewer
* Step 4
In a pan add oil heat it then fry the kababs on low to medium heat untill they turn crisp and golden brown.enjoy it.
