Leftover Dal Paratha

#cookeverypart #leftover  It is a tasty, healrhy and so easy which is perfect for breakfast,or brunch with a side of yogurt or pickles.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, add salt mix and add 1tbsp oil.add green chillies,onion sliced and coriander leaves. Mix all together.

* Step 2

Add dal, mix and Knead it for 4-5 minutes.make a soft dough.

* Step 3

Make medium size balls from the dough.take one ball and cover up the remaining. Dust some flour on roll8ng board then Roll it in round shape. Heat a tawa place this paratha on heated tawa cook from one side for few seconds then flip it.

* Step 4

Apply some oil.both side and fry untill it looks golden. Prepare all parathas and served with any pickles.
