Garlic Butter Naan

Garlic Butter Naan

Soft and pillowy naan is easy to make at home and will melt in your mouth!!

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings
2 tbsp

sugar

2 tsp

salt

3 1/2 tsp

yeast

4 tbsp

olive oil

1/4 cup

butter

1/2 tbsp

parsley

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients and then pour over dry ingredients. Mix with hands till you can form a none sticky ball.

* Step 2

Place into an oiled bowl, covered and let it rise till it is doubled in size.

* Step 3

Roll into a log and cut into 8 chunks. Roll out with a rolling pin and slap into a frying pan.

Smother with melted butter mixture.
