Tomato chutney

Try this chutney with any paratha aur dal with rice. It's simply tastes delicious .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chopped the tomatoes roughly. Add the chopped tomatoes in a pan or kadhai place it on gas flame.cover and cook the tomatoes for 7-8 minutes or until they turn soft. Then mashed it with ladle or masher and cooked until all the water reduced.turn of the flamè
* Step 2
Meanwhile the tomatoes has cooked chopped the garlic and dry red Chilli.Heat oil in a pan.turn the flame low, add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. When they splutter add chopped garlic and curry leaves.saute until garlic turn golden brown.
* Step 3
Add cooked and mashed tomatoes.add fennel seeds and all spices along with salt.mix well
* Step 4
Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring. When it combine well and started to leave the pan switch off the flame Allow to cool it and store this chutney in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.
