#CC2022 #week2 #lunch Karela is a vegetable which is mostly popular for its bitterness and people didn't like it for its bitter taste but in my family everyone like it and .the reason is that it has no bitterness after cooking.so I share the recipe hope you will like it and try it at least once

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First peel and washed the karela.then chopped it into slices.apply one tbsp salt and leave it for half an hour.then squeeze it and wash it with normal water for 3-4 time.then put this karela in a pan add one cup water add 1 tsp salt.boil it for 2 minutes then strain it.meanwhile cut the onions into slices

* Step 2

Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it then add whole spices saute 10-15 seconds then add onion slices.saute until they turn light pink.add ginger garlic paste and broken whole red chillies.

Now add karela,washed chana dal.mix it then add all powder spices and 1 tsp salt.mix all together and add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 3 whistle on medium flame.after that turn off the flame

* Step 4

When the pressure released open it and cook on high flame until the water get evaporated and the oil comes out. serve with paratha,roti or rice. I like to eat it with rice
